Identify unnecessary spend, idle time, duplicated effort and revenue leakage. Prioritize practical changes while keeping the customer experience in view.
How we work
A focused, hands-on approach. Start with what matters most, agree on priorities and build alongside the people who will use the systems.
Step 01 / Understand
Talk through the day-to-day and examine how the work gets done. Find the friction consuming time, money and attention.
Step 02 / Prioritize
A prioritized plan built around impact and effort. Start with useful quick wins and sequence the larger system changes clearly.
Step 03 / Put it to work
Build the systems with your team, test them in day-to-day operations and measure what changes.
Is this for you?
GMC works with owners who want a more dependable way to run their business. The goal is practical discipline and repeatability, without unnecessary complexity.
You know the business deeply, but everyday decisions and handoffs still rely on your direct involvement.
Good people are working hard, while unclear processes and competing priorities keep creating friction.
Demand is there. Fulfillment, consistency, follow-through or visibility is making progress harder.

More about Andrew
Consultant
Johnny is an operator who has built, scaled and sold businesses. As a founder and CEO, he developed a recurring-revenue field-service business and the operating systems behind it, including CRM, scheduling, dispatch, routing, invoicing and automation.
His experience includes pricing, labor, materials, margin and building the management structure that allows a business to operate beyond its founder.
Johnny Thomas is an operator who has built companies from the ground up, scaled them across multiple locations, and sold them. As a founder and CEO, he took a field-service company from startup to a thriving recurring-revenue business, leading a large field organization across multiple crews, installing the management layer and operating infrastructure (CRM, scheduling, dispatch, routing, invoicing, and automation) that let the business scale beyond its founder, and personally negotiating its profitable sale.
He built a loyal base of recurring commercial accounts and carried full P&L responsibility across pricing, labor, materials and margin. Throughout his career, Johnny has helped multiple businesses grow revenue and strengthen their operations.
Earlier in his career, he played a lead role launching new state chapters for a national organization, handling fundraising, staffing, and infrastructure from scratch in each market, built a substantial new-asset pipeline through pure outbound prospecting, and served as a board director with fiduciary oversight of the organization's budget.
