Andrew Huck is the founder and CEO of Gulfstream Capital, created to bring sophisticated asset management services to family offices, institutions, high-net-worth individuals and athletes. He graduated from Wake Forest University in 1996 with highest honors and Phi Beta Kappa recognition, and completed an MBA at the University of Virginia in 2006 with a concentration in portfolio theory.

Andrew’s investment philosophy centers on a diversified portfolio of assets with different return drivers. Gulfstream’s approach encompasses farmland, natural resources, public and private equity, venture capital, disruptive technologies, life sciences, event-driven hedge funds and strategic real estate investments.

He has served on the boards of local and national philanthropic organizations including Young Life, the New Canaan Society, FCA, 4 Market Square, the American Heart Association and Telemachus, a mentoring initiative.

An outdoor enthusiast, Andrew enjoys golf, tennis, snow skiing, padel and pickleball. He is married to his college sweetheart and finds his flow coaching his four children on the athletic fields and in life.

Raleigh McCammon is Gulfstream Capital’s chief operations and compliance officer. He graduated from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville in 2013 with a BA and a concentration in sports management and business.

Raleigh was named to the Knoxville News Sentinel’s 40 Under 40 cohort.

Before joining Gulfstream, Raleigh worked as a compliance and operations specialist for a private equity fund. His interests include sports, politics and community development.

Mark Gaffney is Head of Trading at Gulfstream Capital. He brings more than three decades of investment-market experience, specializing in the development and execution of event-based equities strategies.

Mark operated Gaffney Capital Management from 2005 to 2012. He holds a BS in Journalism from the University of Colorado.

Henry Wertz

Henry Wertz is a data analyst on Gulfstream’s trading and operations team. He began programming in the early 1980s on an Atari 800XL, started using Linux in 1993 and is an avid Python programmer.

Henry earned a BA in Computer Science from the University of Iowa in 2001, where he also took economics courses. That foundation supports his continuing exploration of advanced computing techniques and their application to data analysis.

Outside his work with computers, his interests include gaming and all things automotive.

Rebecca Sterling serves as Executive Assistant to the CEO of Gulfstream Capital, working alongside Andrew Huck to help manage communications, scheduling, client service, research, and day-to-day coordination across the firm.

Rebecca helps ensure that clients, partners, and colleagues receive timely attention and that important information reaches the right person quickly.

Rebecca also supports Gulfstream Intelligence and Gulfstream Land Company, helping with communications, research and day-to-day coordination across these business units.

Rebecca can assist with scheduling meetings, answering general questions about Gulfstream, coordinating follow-ups, and connecting clients and prospective clients with the appropriate member of the Gulfstream team.

Julie Ann Lofton serves as Gulfstream’s Administrative and Bookkeeping Specialist. Her work in client back-office operations spans accounting practices, client service and financial reporting.

Her background includes federal audit work at KPMG, with exposure to audit procedures, compliance standards and large-scale financial analysis. Administrative roles at Raymond James and Wooten Law Office added experience in office management, client coordination and detailed operational execution.

Julie Ann holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting with a Finance collateral and a Master of Accountancy from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. She also holds certifications in Microsoft Excel (Advanced) and Bloomberg Market Concepts.

She supports accurate financial records, streamlined back-office processes and the firm’s day-to-day operations.

Leigh Anne Joseph oversees tax, K-1 and private fund reporting for Gulfstream Capital. A graduate of the University of Tennessee and Tennessee Tech, where she earned a Master’s in Accounting, she has more than 30 years of experience.

Before her work supporting Gulfstream clients, Leigh Anne served as tax manager at a regional tax and accounting firm in East Tennessee. She is currently a partner at Culpepper CPA.

Leigh Anne enjoys helping small businesses and nonprofits navigate accounting and tax preparation. When she is not assisting clients, she volunteers at local schools.

Calvin Chin is chairman of Gulfstream Capital’s board. A lifelong New Yorker, he was shaped by the values of hard work, perseverance and education through his immigrant upbringing and modest beginnings.

His career includes nearly two decades in the for-profit sector, with leadership roles in wealth management and corporate banking at AllianceBernstein, J.P. Morgan and Bank of America.

Calvin was the founding director of Redeemer Presbyterian Church’s Entrepreneurship Initiative. Over seven years, he developed an ecosystem supporting entrepreneurs and helped lay the groundwork for a global network of faith-based entrepreneurial communities.

His work across corporate and nonprofit settings brings a perspective on organizational complexity, strategic growth and the human side of leadership. With a strong interest in people’s aspirations, challenges and potential, he helps senior leaders navigate transitions, growth and reinvention with purpose and clarity.

Spencer Collins is a Gulfstream Capital board member whose work spans building, scaling and revitalizing businesses in commercial construction and interior finishes.

He founded Florworx and grew it to $25 million in revenue through organic growth and strategic acquisitions. After its sale to a strategic buyer in 2023, he remained a partner and led the process of reacquiring the business in 2025.

Spencer also serves as CEO of a Minnesota-based interior-finishes company serving national retail clients. His experience includes organizational turnarounds, operational improvement and work to strengthen profitability and long-term business performance.

He brings nearly a decade of consulting experience with small and mid-sized business owners, advising on growth strategy, operational efficiency and complex business challenges.

Matt Hultquist

Matt Hultquist is a member of Gulfstream Capital’s board and Managing Member of Hillandale Advisors, where he invests in and advises small businesses.

From 2006 to 2016, he served on the investment team at Sasco Capital, a public-equity asset management firm serving public funds, corporations and endowments. Matt is a graduate of Wake Forest University and Columbia Business School.

Raised in the suburbs of New York City, Matt now lives in Charlotte with his wife, Emily, a speech therapist, and their two sons. The family attends Hope Community Church in South End. He enjoys golf, investing and encouraging young leaders.

Ben Overholt is a Gulfstream Capital board member. He graduated from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville in 2014 with a degree in Supply Chain Management and a concentration in Entrepreneurship.

Ben has worked at H.T. Hackney Co. since graduating, progressing through operations management, sales management, general management and regional management. His experience includes profit-and-loss responsibility and the management of people, risk and infrastructure.

He brings a strong interest in personal finance, asset management opportunities, business strategy and finance to his work with Gulfstream. Outside the office, he enjoys spending time with his wife and their three sons.

Brinley Murphy is a Sports Administration major and soccer student-athlete at Samford University, having transferred from the University of Florida.

Caleb Asbaty is majoring in Accounting and Finance at the University of Tennessee and is a member of the Tennessee Capital Markets Society.

He has maintained a 4.0 GPA and earned Dean’s List recognition throughout college.

He is an incoming Investment Banking Summer Analyst in Piper Sandler’s 2027 class. Through his Gulfstream internship, Caleb is learning from experienced professionals as he develops his career in finance.
