Five sectors. One tape. DARTS tracks the five sectors where the next decade's returns concentrate — through money that has to tell the truth: insider buying, institutional filings, and analyst actions. Not opinions.

Expanded Universe
1,468 CLASSIFIED NAMES · FILING-TEXT CLASSIFICATION — EVIDENCE SHOWNEvery name the filing-text classifier placed in a DARTS theme — the full classified universe, ranked by live signals by default. Classifications come from what companies say in their own SEC filings; expand any name to see the evidence and its Decision Stack. Tape and trend states join on issuer CIK from the nightly feeds.
AI Infrastructure — Picks & Shovels
142 TAGGED COMPANIES · A LENS OVER THE THEMES, NOT A SIXTH CATEGORYThe build-out layer that makes the five themes possible. These companies keep their DARTS theme; the Picks & Shovels tag is a cross-cutting lens over the pillars — the data centers, power, cooling, grid, water, land, fiber and contracting the AI build-out runs on. Each tag carries its evidence tier from the company's own filing: DIRECT (the filing ties the business to data-center / AI infrastructure) or ENABLING (a critical input with data-center customers named).
Unclassified Signals
INSIDER ACTIVITY · NO CLASSIFICATION YETNames with real insider activity in the current window that the classifier has not placed in any DARTS theme — labeled plainly as unclassified. This is the discovery surface: the tape moves first, taxonomy follows. A candidate theme, where shown, is a review hint only — not an assignment.
The Universe Tape
EXPANDED CLASSIFIED UNIVERSE · LIVE SIGNALSThe classified universe is the product: 1,468 names placed from their own filings and ranked by live tape and trend signals — not a hand-picked list. The dashboard exists to find the exceptions, and it surfaces them first.
Live Feeds
NIGHTLY INSIDER STAMPS × INTRADAY ANALYST TAPETwo production feeds now run underneath this page. The insider stamp feed refreshes nightly at 22:30 ET; the analyst tape is rewritten every 15 minutes during market hours. Both panels below load from data.gulfstream.one when you open the page — and both say so plainly when they can't.

Live Analyst Tape
CONNECTING…Today's analyst actions — upgrades, downgrades, reiterations, price-target moves — filtered to the 1,468 classified DARTS names, out of roughly 635 actions a day across the full tape. Session date: today. The daily archive started Nov 4, 2026 — the rolling multi-day view (confluence streaks, repeat upgrades on the same name) builds from that archive, one trading day at a time.

The tape is rewritten every 15 minutes during market hours. Rows are shown exactly as the feed carries them; an analyst action can corroborate an insider stamp — it never creates one.
Distribution Watch — The Avoid List
ALL TAPE-ACTIVE CLASSIFIED NAMES · RANKED BY SELLER BREADTHThe buy list gets the attention; this list protects the money. These are the classified names carrying a DISTRIBUTION stamp in the current feed window, computed nightly across every tape-active classified name. They are ranked by distribution breadth — distinct insiders selling, then number of sales — never by raw dollars: a $900M sale at a mega-cap can be a smaller signal than $9M at a small-cap, and this board refuses to pretend otherwise. Dollar columns are shown for scale only. Abnormality-vs-baseline scoring (is this selling unusual for this name?) and cap-normalized intensity arrive with later tranches.

How to use it: a name on this list isn't a short thesis — much large-cap selling is routine compensation liquidation (see Methodology). It's a flag: if you own it or a screen recommends it, the people inside are net sellers into whatever strength the story has. Every DISTRIBUTION-stamped name is also in the Expanded Universe browser above — filter by stamp to see the full set.
Public Scorecard
TRACKING BEGAN NOV 4, 2026 · DAY ZEROThis is the proof page, and its rules are written down before any results exist — that's the point. If the tape has an edge, this page surfaces it within a few quarters, graded in public. If it doesn't, this page says that too.
Entry is marked at the filing-date close — the first price at which anyone reading the filing could have acted. No backfilled entries, ever.
Every name is graded against the S&P 500 over the same window. Beating the index is the bar — not beating zero.
Grades land at fixed horizons: 30, 90, and 180 days from the stamp date. No cherry-picked exit dates.
Every stamped name is graded — losers shown with winners, in the same table, forever. A stamp that fails stays on the page.

The Distribution Watch names above are tracked on the avoid side under the same rules — graded on whether sidestepping them beat holding the index. New stamps join the graded set on the day they are stamped, from that day's filing-date close. Intelligence now, measurement always, strategy only when this page proves one.
Cluster Watch
ALL CLASSIFIED NAMES · NIGHTLY SUMMARY FEEDOne insider buying is a data point. Several insiders buying the same name, close together, with their own money — that is the pattern this desk hunts. This board is computed nightly across every classified name from the summary feed: multiple distinct insiders buying, C-suite participation, repetition. The alert specification below the board is the tripwire that fires the moment the next full cluster forms.
An alert fires when, inside any 10-trading-day window in a classified name: 2 or more distinct insiders make open-market purchases totaling $250K or more combined, with at least one buyer from the C-suite (CEO, CFO, President, or Chair). Single-buyer accumulation and fresh single buys post to the board above as watches — they do not fire the alert until a second insider joins.
13F Overlay
Q3 2026 FILINGS LAND MID-NOVEMBERInstitutional positions — arriving with the Q3 filings
Q3 2026 13F filings land mid-November. When they do, this panel overlays institutional holdings on the same classified names: which funds opened, added to, trimmed, or exited each position — the third leg of the tape, next to insider flow and analyst actions.
One rule governs everything that will appear here: every position shown is date-labeled “as of quarter-end” — Q3 positions are as of Sep 30, 2026 — because institutions disclose up to 45 days late. A 13F tells you where the big money stood at quarter-end, not where it stands today, and DARTS will never present it as fresher than it is. No holdings are shown until the real filings land.
Screen × Tape
FIDELITY SCREEN 11/3/2026 × EDGAR INSIDER TAPEA professional value screen (Fidelity, Nov 3, 2026: ROA ≥ 10%, price below its 200-day average, FY27E P/E ≤ 25, 2-yr EPS growth ≥ 10%, ranked by PEG) produced 18 “best buys.” We ran every name against the insider tape. A fundamentals screen cannot see distribution — this panel can.

The DARTS Thesis
THE HOUSE VIEW · GULFSTREAM INTELLIGENCEWe don't chase opinions, and we don't trust screens alone. A screen can tell you a stock looks cheap; it cannot tell you whether the people who run the company are buying it or leaving it. DARTS starts where the incentives are honest: insiders committing their own cash, institutions disclosing positions they have to stand behind, and analysts moving numbers on the record — each signal dated, none of it anonymous.
Then we stamp what the signals do when they meet. Where they confirm, a name earns attention. Where they conflict — an April upgrade against an autumn of insider selling — the conflict itself is the finding. Where the tape shows one-way distribution, the stamp says warn, however good the story sounds. This quarter the tape was blunt: across the classified universe, insider selling dwarfs buying in nearly every name, and net-positive names are rare enough to count on one hand. The thesis isn't that the tape is always right. It's that money that has to tell the truth beats commentary that doesn't — and that the exceptions, when they appear, are worth finding first.
DARTS is one desk inside Gulfstream. The same research discipline runs through the rest of the house:
